newmebithebypass 713 Posted November 12, 2015 I am officially half way done my 6 month wait for insurance purposes I only have 3 more visits and even though I've only lost 4 pounds I feel good about the changes I've made in my lifestyle to get ready for this surgery. I'm not gonna lie the liquid diet scares me but I can do anything for two weeks I love my nutritionist she rocks I've been with her from the beginning and I gotta say I'm in good hands

The Candidate 3,215 Posted November 12, 2015 Everything you're doing will be returned to you a million times over in how great you will feel later on. It's so worth the price of admission. Keep that positive attitude and you will go far. Congrats!

shellyd67 198 Posted November 13, 2015 The liquid pre op diet goes by in the blink on an eye. I remember the night before I started thediet, I bursted into tears and told my husband there was no way I could do this. I stuck to the diet and never cheated once. I am 3 months post op and have lost 70lbs. This was the best decision I have ever made. GOOD LUCK !!!
