I am really upset about the fullness difference. Hubby says it makes them look more natural and they are fine, but I hate them when I see it in a picture. I just don't think I spent $8k to be lopsided! What do you think??? Should I have them redone so they are more full and match better or am I being an obsessive idiot???? I want to know your TRUE feelings. The poll is anonymous!

I think they look great, but I understand where you're coming from. 25 years ago I had a breast reduction and was okay with the way it turned out but not thrilled. I was young and didn't speak up about my dissatisfaction and always wished I would have. I can see what you're talking about, but how do they look in your clothes? Is there a noticeable difference? If they really bother you then get them redone, after all 8k is alot to lay out and not be totally satisfied. But as far as they way they look to others - I would say that I planning to have a lift iwth implants after I lose my weight and I would hope they look as good as yours.

I have more lopsidedness than that with my natural boobs! I'd be supremely happy with a pair like that. Nobody would ever notice unless they were a) seeing you starkers and :) really looking for it.

I can understand that you spent $8K on them and I'd be pissed off - I'd be more inclined to create a huge song and dance about getting my flipping money back than to go under the knife again though.

They look great. You'd never notice it clothed and your DH is happy about them, so why on EARTH would you put yourself through more surgery? But I definitely dont think that it's acceptable for what you paid. I'd be seeking restitution in terms of money, not more surgery.

DH "says" they look fine, but then again, I didn't do them for him, I did them for me. In clothes they look fine and I really don't notice a huge difference except in pictures (the way others would see it). I am not saying that a lot of people see me naked. Ok, so maybe I am a bit of an exhibitionist. Ok, ok, ok, so I am a big exhibitionist. I just don't feel comfy showing these off with they way I see them in pictures.

I mean, look how many of us refused to have pictures when we were fat because of how we actually looked when we looked at them? ((sigh))

I have an appt on the 30th but I know what he is going to say..... "they need time to heal, give it 6 mo-a year". But why would I want to wait for the scars to heal? Its kinda like those free trial infomercials. Who wants to go through the headache after the free trial to fight for their money back guarantee?

Okay, so I can't sleep. I am obsessing I think.

I got to thinkin'...... what if arms up and arms down natural makes a difference because of the implants? So here is a pic of arms down. Still a big difference? I need some male opinions too guys. I won't think your creepy. But I do need honesty. Thank you everyone for understanding that I can see a difference, I just don't know if I am being too judgmental because I am biased.

I agree 100% with what Jacqui said. My right one is about a cup bigger than the left one. I'm a 44DD.

I do think you are obsessing, but I understand 100% why, and that's perfectly okay! :) It could be that one had a little more manipulation than the other so the swelling is greater on one side and it may go down, BUT, I also remember you said you wanted a full DD and you didn't get it. So based on that alone, I'd probably complain.

I think they look GREAT arms down. Arms up, not so much, but really do you walk around naked with your arms in the air often?

I would LOVE a pair that look like the second picture - don't mess with them, because other than the nipple being slightly off (which is a naturally occuring thing!) its really not worth it!!

They're a keeper I say! Do you mind me asking what size they are now? Boy I wish mine looked like that.

with arms down, i only notice the nipple being off. Try to get some of your money back, but I would not go under the knife again. They look fine. Why don't you wait 6 months and see how you feel then. But if they really make you unhappy and you have the extra money to spend get them redone by a new doc. Or better yet why not see a new doc and ask him if he thinks the size differnce will improve in the months to come.

With the arms down they look awesome, my advice don't walk around naked with your arms raised. If you are aiming for perfection you will never achieve it, there will always be something wrong. Were you looking for a huge improvement or perfect boobies? During my PS the dr told me that he really tries not to do surgery on people that expect perfection because there is nothing he can ever do to make that happen. Look at your before and compare to now. What if you have another surgery, more scars and they are worst than now, what then?

Now if your boobies were 2 different cup sizes or the nipples pointed in different directions then I would totally be talking redo/fix ASAP.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Right now, I am a full D. Some styles I can do a DD but I wanted a FULL DD.

The slight nipple difference with arms down won't make me run to get a redo but I think that with 8k, I want a little more "perfection". I could have done them for about 6k but I chose to go with someone that was known for their work and paid extra for it.

The size difference isn't noticable in clothes/bra at all.

I am also wondering, I am right handed, and the problem of the "fast dropping" is on the right side breast. Think that has something to do with it?????

I think they look wonderful. I am getting my breast augmentation in about 5 weeks. Can you tell me how many cc's they are? My doc goes by cc and not really by cup size so i'm not really sure how many cc's to ask for for the DD that I want.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
