Since surgery I haven't had anything that Made me be like yup that's amazing!!! Well I had a veggie burger with a piece of velveeta cheese. It was great a bit pricey but so worth it!!

Veggie burgers ARE amazing! Glad it tasted yummy and exceeded your expectations. Isn't it wonderful how we appreciate new tastes and textures along this journey? =)

I have a friend who is a vegetarian and insists that I try one. All the ones she buys are pre-packaged in the freezer section. So, I'm curious to know if there are other options. I may try them.

Morningstar makes a great black bean veggie burger....I LOVE them! Use lettuce as a bun, with cheese, pickle, and a thin slice of tomato...yummy! My family loves them too, but they eat bread thins with them instead of using lettuce as the roll.
