Hey Melanie....who's your surgeon at NWWLS? Dr Michaelson is doing mine on November 19th! Been on my pre op diet since Sunday. I won't say it's easy but constantly reminding myself what I'm doing this for helps a lot and drinking a ton of Water helps too. I flavor my water with Mio.

I start my pre op diet 11/20...surgery 12/4, so excited but nervous about Thanksgiving:)
