Back pain

I am almost 3 weeks post op. I am having the most awful back pain. Is this normal after surgery? Anyone else experience this?

oh yes I had bad back pain. That was really the only pain I had though. But for about a month my back killed.

I'm two weeks tomorrow. I have had some new back pain. I can tell some of mine is from my change in posture to accommodate tenderness and other issues related to surgery.

The back pain will go away in due time as long as you don't have bad disc or anything. As you lose weight it takes a huge strain off of your back. I'm over 1 year post op now and from time to time I still have some back issues but nothing that some rest hasn't solved.

Thanks yall! I've had the occasional back ache here and there over the years. But this one is just a constant unrelieved pain.
