BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted November 14, 2015 You have started an exercise routine but have you upped your calorie, Fluid or Protein intake? You may be adding muscle due to the exercise and muscle weighs more than fat. As other posters have said, stalls happen but the most important reminder is making sure you follow your program. If you follow your program you will lose the weight. Be patient with the process, be patient with yourself, stay positive, stay hydrated and stay focused on the program. Thank you... I was informed by so other ladies that I need to increase my calories. I only eat about 550 a day.Have you spoken with your nutritionist? That's the person you should discuss increasing calories with.
fullange 57 Posted November 14, 2015 Hi all I wanted to send a update since my last post. I was heart broken when I seen that 1 pound difference on the scale. After reading the comments I told myself not to worry that's the process. I can now report that as of yesterday I have lost 11 more pounds. Thanks for all the encouragement, it really helps....????????
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted November 14, 2015 Great to hear! The process does work. This is as much about changing our perspective and thought processes as those ingrained dysfunctional habits we learned from years of "dieting". You are on your way! Fair_Maidan 27 Posted November 14, 2015 The same thing happened to me. Between week 2 and 3 I stalled and just a day or two after the stall broke I lost 8lbs all at once!
