JRM54366 0 Posted November 6, 2015 So I had my gastric bypass surgery almost 5 years ago. I did really well the first 2 years and lost 70lbs. Then I injured my foot and couldn't go to the gym and do the exercising I had been. I had surgery on my foot and ankle 5 months ago and so I have to watch what I do with it. I sincerely want to get back into the gym and get back on my joruney. I've put back on 25 lbs due to inactivity and poor eating choices. I need to get back on track and get a good restart. Looking for suggestions to rapidly restart my system into the loss. I'm going back to the gym beginning next week and will do everything I can within moderation and push myself to strengthen my ankle and foot as I go. So let your suggestions begin to get my loss on the fast track again.... And thank you in advance. Jenn
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted November 6, 2015 I suggest you make an appointment with your NUT and go back to basics. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and Water every day. Are you tracking your food. If not, start tracking so you know that you are meeting your Protein target. It's never too late to start over.
