rmag 50 Posted November 5, 2015 Hello everyone!! Been awhile since I posted but just wanted to jump on and give an update. I had my surgery 8-30-15 I was 379Lbs at time of surgery. I was 391 before that. Anyway I am now 2 months out and as of Monday 11-2-15 I am 310!!! I weigh myself once a week and once a week only! I have read countless post about people getting upset with weight and then you find out the check it everyday. Our bodys fluctuate day to day so the one thing I can say to those considering getting the surgery and those fresh out of it is DO NOT CHECK EVERYDAY, give yourself some time and do it once a week right in the morning when you get up and set a goal to be lower then that on next weigh. It gives you little goals and makes sure you stay focused on doing the right things so you can hit that mark. Like many have said this is not a magic bullet it is just a tool and will need your participation to get the maximum benefit. Well good luck everyone and I will check back in soon!!
