Cervidae 2,389 Posted November 3, 2015 sounds like you are having a Vitamin deficiency. Have you had bloodwork done recently to check if your levels of everything are good? Do you still get in 60 grams of Protein a day, and 64 ounces of Water?
James Marusek 5,244 Posted November 3, 2015 In the beginning of the weight loss process, your body was converting extra fat into the energy that drove your body. Thus if you were a little shy on Protein, the effect might have been masked. But at bottom weight, you may not have very much fat to lose. So perhaps you might check the amount of Protein you consume each day and see if the total of protein from meals combined with protein from supplements (protein shakes/protein bars) meets your daily minimum requirement. Here is another perspective. http://www.obesityaction.org/wp-content/uploads/Dear_Doctor_Answer_provided_by_Jacqueline_Jacques_ND.pdf Did you change any of your Vitamins recently. There are a variety of B12 supplements available. If you are taking the wrong type, this could be the cause of your problem. For example the sublingual Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin is an approved type but time released B12 is not.
foodfighter78 258 Posted November 4, 2015 I check my blood 2 months ago, I'm taking some type of Vitamins and B12 sublingual, also Vitamin D doctor said not to take Iron, as my level is very good. I get about 80/90 gr of Proteins a day. I'm at about 1100 cal a day. My nutritionist told to upper my cal but I'm not hungry and if I push to eat my stomach hurts and I dump the extra food or Water. I'm 5"5 and now weight 129 lbs start weight

Cervidae 2,389 Posted November 4, 2015 I would reach out to your nutritionist, and if she can't figure it out, perhaps your surgeon. Do you restrict carbs? Some people need carbs to function but try to eat little to no carbs daily.
foodfighter78 258 Posted November 4, 2015 I really have no restriction from the nutritionist. The only rule is Protein first, then veggie then carbs. So my stomach is still very small and usually I get to protein abs that's it. Occasionally I'll have a banana or a veggie Soup, with Beans.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted November 4, 2015 Definitely check with your NUT. My guess is that you need more carbs and/or fats.

That is very strange. A condition that was both pre and post surgery! I did a quick search on the internet and came up with this. http://www.mitoaction.org/guide/fatigue-and-exercise-intolerance If this rings a bell, might I suggest you try a product available for purchase on the internet called Juvenon. I have been using it for almost 10 years and it restores my mitochondria. I have asthma and it improved my peak flow about 200 points. The effect is almost immediate. So if you try it, you should know almost immediately if this is a fix. http://www.amazon.com/Juvenon-Inc-120-Capsules/dp/B009XIF7C6/

We check blood work 2 months ago, I'll check it again. Today that I didn't work out I'm feeling better. Eat about 1000 cal / 75gr Protein
Trayjay33 138 Posted November 5, 2015 @@foodfighter78, ok if you had blood work that recently and it included those levels and they were fine that may not be the issue. Since you work out so often are you replacing what calories you burn with the proper supplements? I understand how you feel about not being hungry but when you exercise your body needs extra Protein. That may be why you felt better not exercising. You may want to discuss with your Nutritionist even liquid replacement supplements post workout.
