KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted November 2, 2015 Yes, you can eat whatever you like... As an adult, you get to choose what course of action you take... Is it a good thing to eat? Of course not... But you know that...

reree6898 1,164 Posted November 2, 2015 The Hebrew national hot dogs are better on calories etc then most others.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted November 2, 2015 As always nutrition questions really should be directed to your nutritionist but it's Protein. I'd be careful with all the sodium and nitrates typically in a hot dog but otherwise if you are cleared for all food as tolerated, go for it.

klove89 9 Posted November 2, 2015 I wouldn't eat a hot dog ever again! I loved them but they found human DNA in them! Yuck!
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted November 2, 2015 I eat good quality all beef hot dogs a few times a week. They are easy, flavorful, all Protein and one is more than plenty. I never worry about fat content, personally. I like Boar's Head, and Hebrew National best.

LipstickLady 25,682 Posted November 3, 2015 I didn't eat them at two months out, though. I started eating them after I hit goal and knew what I needed to do to maintain.
