w8loser 58 Posted November 1, 2015 I haven't been on here in a while, but I had rny on April 3, 2014. I lost 105lbs, making it down to 187lbs. My motivation was my two children & my wonderful husband. He is not my kid's natural father, but he has been their dad when their's weren't. But, I really wanted to give him a child of his own even when he said it didn't matter; that my kids are his kids. In 2011, I got pregnant, but soon after miscarried due to out of control blood pressure. Got pregnant again in 2013, but it was in my right tube. So, lost the baby & the tube. Doc showed pictures after surgery & I was ashamed. My tubes/uterus/ reproductive organs were surrounded by fat. I believe that my fat got in the way of baby making it to my womb. I decided once & for all to have the surgery after changing my mind twice over the years. Fast forward to August 2015 -we found out we are expecting without even trying! Our baby girl is doing great & is due to arrive on my 2 year Surgiversary April 2016!! How amazing is that?! Hope this inspires someone. Pic is from 6 weeks ago.
