skinnyrita 188 Posted October 30, 2015 I'm trying to get some indoor workouts together. Do you have a favorite DVDS for yoga, Zumba, etc? Pleas share!
The Candidate 3,215 Posted October 30, 2015 I'm taking a class in Kundalini Yoga. It's described as incorporating movement and meditation to help increase flexibility, build strength and balance hormones. I'm 54 and it's the first exercise class I've ever taken in my entire life. It's relaxing and challenging and I love it!
Mega_100 146 Posted October 30, 2015 Julian Michaels 30-minute workout DVD is basic stuff, but definitely gets you sweating. I also have the Wii Zumba game that's pretty fun and I get my toddler doing it with me ????
jredding 35 Posted October 30, 2015 Zumba Exhilarate is really good! I love it. It's so fun! I've also been looking into Piloxing. I think I'll have to try it soon.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted October 30, 2015 If you have a ROKU (or other streaming device) you might want to check out Gaiama. They have some free videos and a subscription service with a wide variety of exercise programs. That way you could sample some to see what you like. I know they have a lot of Yoga, Leslie Sansone, etc. www.gaiamtv.com
Tobeornottobe 89 Posted October 30, 2015 For yoga I like Hemalaya and Sara Ivanhoe. Also check out Travis Eliot (Yoga Foundations). There is such a huge workout of videos for fitness out there, Kathy Smith, Leslie Sansone. Ellen Barrett, Sadie Lincoln. Besides yoga, what are your interests? There are also a ton of streaming sites and a lot can be found on youtube as well.
