I was the same way @Elode. I am the family photographer, because I didn't belong on that side of the camera. Thats changing now. I can already see such a difference.

Great job! I couldn't do your five day liquid diet but I'm going to do a modified version starting tomorrow. I have let CARBS creep into my diet his week and I used the excuse I was traveling and it was Halloween. I'm too close to Onederland to screw this up.
