How soon after surgery did you experience your first stall? How did you break the stall? How long did it last?

I don't know because I only weighed at my doctor's appointments.

Stalls are a natural, necessary, and normal part of the process. The first, most predictable stall usually comes about week three.

I only weigh once a month or when I go to the doctor, whichever comes first. One of the perks to this is every time I get weighed I have shown a loss so if I had a stall I missed it. It's honestly a lot easier on the ego so I try to stay away from the scale & focus on eating properly and exercising.
