Missy0224 6 Posted August 10, 2010 Go to the doctor and get a fill. It takes different people a different amount of fills. You will know when you are at your sweet spot.
Triplets02 0 Posted August 25, 2010 Thank you so much for this link!! I was struggling with my last fill (during this whole process our health insurance changed companies and now NOTHING is covered, so I tend to really hold off going to the Dr.) I realized I need behavior and attitude adjustments! Funny how old, bad habits so easily creep back in----

Tink58 0 Posted September 24, 2010 I thought fills are included in the price of the surgery. Has anybody stop getting fill and gained their weight back. My fill was 400.00 1cc second fill in 2 years
StrangeDz 1 Posted September 24, 2010 I pay $300.00 a fill. Mine weren't included with the surgery.
mandie175lbs 5 Posted October 10, 2010 What is PBing?
BJean 16 Posted October 10, 2010 PB stands for PUKING/BARFING some people night say "productive burp" but don't believe 'em.
BethC 11 Posted October 12, 2010 hahaha - I agree - puking and barfing in my case too. Got my 3rd fill Thursday - only .4cc for a total of 6.4 cc - I think I found the "sweet spot" Yipeeee!
xavier 153 Posted October 15, 2010 A lot of people get free fills for one year. I sometimes wonder if that's why some docs space them out to two months apart since there is no financial incentive to keep filling you when you want. You will know in a week or two at the most if youre good or need more fill! I think some people use the term productive burp because it sounds loud but mine I call a yak and its quiet so I think I could do it under a restaurant table and no one would know...havent done that yet but I never leave home without a ziploc bag! HeatherinCA 10 Posted December 17, 2010 I love this post. I just got banded, but I think reading that website will squash any excuses I may have in the future! Seems like a lot of people find ways to make this not work.
