glitter eyes 1,398 Posted October 29, 2015 @@Elode I will do a modified liquid diet. I will do two meals of liquid/protein shakes and one meal of grilled fish. No carbs!!! I need to get back on track too. I haven't gained YET, but have slipped up here and there and need to kick the carb habit too especially before Christmas. The first two days are always the hardest for me. I wish I had some of the PB cookie. It's one of my favorites. I have a tub of the strawberry mousse, mint chocolate chip, chocolate truffle & orange one. I'm not feeling any of those. I had a Atkins royal Dark chocolate and I like them a lot but I'm waiting on my Premier Protein shakes, they have a lot more Protein in them. I'll be lucky to get 3 in today. We (stomach) are going through a battlefield right now. I will be taking some zzzquil by 7 since I have to get up at 3:00am for work so I'm cramming it in now. I am sitting here at the HS waiting to pick up my freshman and weighing the pros and cons of trying to find a bathroom on campus! I can't live without my PB Cookie Protein shake, I put the powder in yogurt, oatmeal, basically everything! Mint choc is my second fave. Hope you get your Premier Protein soon!
