Hi I would like to know when can I start joining the gym after my gastric sleeve surgery I complete my first month after the surgery went

Talk to your doctor. It depends on your healing and your doctor's protocol. I was active at the gym pre-op . I returned week 3 with no restrictions.

I was permitted to return at my 2 week checkup. You have to listen to your body of course. Ask your doctor if it's ok.

I'm gonna repeat what's already been said...

Ask your doctor/surgeon...

He's the ONLY one who knows exactly what you went thru...

The rest of the world can only give you their opinions or experiences...

We're all different...

Yes, we all had the same procedure, but the details could all be vastly different...

Only YOUR doctor/surgeon can give you the best information about YOU...

Having said all that, I was back at the gym after two weeks, but with NO WEIGHTS...
