I can't lie but I really haven't been doing a whole lot of working out. I will do a little cardio here and there but that is about it. :-( I REALLY need to get on top of working out again in hopes that I can lose the last 18 pounds to reach my goal and hopefully work on some toning. But I have definitely been a bad girl and haven't been working out at all.

Wow! Gorgeous! I am so anxious to get approved for surgery! I'm still doing all of the requirements needed by my insurance company. Today I did the barium swallow test icky!!! I have other stuff to do too. The one thing I'm not happy about is the 6 month supervised diet
