shelleylester 28 Posted November 7, 2015 I eat 5 saltines with Peanut Butter almost daily. Lost 82lbs since july 1.
o00 494 Posted November 7, 2015 At a local grocery store they have the machine to grind and make your own Peanut Butter. They also sell nuts in bulk. I have seen people grind their own. I think I will give it a try one day in the very near future. My NUT said we can have PB. I will have to see if this will be better than the PB2. Do any of you make your own? If so, any special tricks or suggestions?
cindi gant 101 Posted November 7, 2015 PB is ok once you are on solids. I don't know when you had surgery. The health food stores sell PB2. I have not tried it but I have heard it tastes very good
Dub 9,922 Posted November 7, 2015 You can have my share. Peanut Butter and crackers is just the type of foods I'm trying to avoid during the weight loss part of this deal. No thanks.
choosehope 233 Posted November 10, 2015 I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and found some added/high Protein Peanut Butter. Pretty good!
mtraverse 327 Posted November 10, 2015 The PB2 is pretty good. It's a lot less calories too which is a nice snack with an apple!
