Has anyone tried protein2O Water? Reviews on Amazon were mixed.

No, I thought about buying it though because there was a coupon for it. From what I know now, it probably just tastes like adding Protein to Water and I'd prefer to stick with Isopure.< /p>

I have not. I tried Isopure yesterday for the first time. I LOVED them compared to those darn shakes at this point. 2 weeks liquid diet was trying to rattle my nerves.

I drink them.

I like the berry and the lemon. I thought I'd love the grape because I like grape everything but nope, didn't like that one.

It's 600ml and 15 gm of Protein. It def helps in both the protein and Fluid department!

They cost anywhere between 2.40 and 3.00 here in British Columbia.

If you go to GNC they sometimes have a special where if you buy 4 you get 5th one free, so that saves some.

I saw Amazon has a 12 pk for $24 , not sure I'm ready to dish out yet. Trying to find singles to try.

goto your local Vitamin store and pick up some different singles and pick your flavor. Some Isopure flavors I could not stand, glad I didn't order a case. So flavors were very strong, so I just added Water in my water bottle tonitand it worked fine..

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
