sbee 0 Posted July 17, 2007 Hello all, I'm a pre-bander without a date, but my nutritionist says I should be exercising at least 6 days a week. So I've started walking, and have been trying to find some kind of exercise tapes or programs to get into at home when the weather is no good. Any suggestions? WASaBubbleButt 41 Posted July 17, 2007 Do you have any equipment at all? A home gym, treadmill, anything?

TerriDoodle 6 Posted July 17, 2007 I never was much into tapes, but the "Walk Away The Pounds" series is pretty good....the chatter gets kinda old after awhile though.

If you have Direct TV, there is a channel FITTV. It has a variety of exercise shows (belly dancing, weight training, cardio, yoga, etc)....choose which one you want. Record it if you're not at home...that way you have one on tape
