sbrainwater 44 Posted October 26, 2015 I'm jotted down all your ideas. The picture thing is great advice because I hate pictures of myself. So that will be a nice thing to look back on. Plus logging the supplements. Have you tried the Vitamin Patch? My stomach tends to get upset whenever I take Vitamins so I'm really worried about taking vitamins. But one of my other site buddies told me about the patch. And I'm going to order B-12 shots. Yay!!! Again congratulations and thank you!

I take Beyond Tangy Tangerine. It has prebiotics and Probiotics in it. It's a powder that I mix with Florida's Lit and Fit OJ. When I forget it I keep some vits with me that I got from my surgeons office. I also take chewable Calcium plus Vitamin D daily. I forgot mention that I walk in place or do leg lifts when getting ready and cleaning. That helps me get in my steps. ????????
