Today's my last day of work and the last day of my Liquid Protein pre-op diet. Tomorrow morning starts Clear Liquids and then at 1:00 PM the dreaded bowel prep. Saturday "morning" I'll need to be up by 3:30 AM to be at the hospital by 5:30. I doubt I'll be able to sleep much anyway. I'm so ready for this!

Today's the day! I'm feeling oddly serene as I sit here, before heading to the hospital. Wish me luck, my journey begins today.

I had mine on the 15th, overall doing very well

Having bit of trouble getting in all those liquids. But at 4 days post op, I'm pretty convinced I did the right thing. Still on pain meds. Dr.s office called me twice yesterday to make sure I'm ok. I love, love, love my surgeon and his whole team. Hospital staff were wonderful as well.
