I was the same way. I'm three weeks out as of today. If u haven't had nausea up until now it's a good chance it could be dehydration. At least that's what mine was/is. I only get nauseous if I haven't been doing good on Protein and Water.

You may feel sick with different types of food or drinking too much or even with different food temps. It could also be how you move or sit. I've felt sick more since returning to work my desk job. I have to get up and walk after eating.
