This is definitely a great site with a lot of people who you can ask questions, share concerns, Celebrate victories and just generally chat with. The best approach to take initially is to just read through some of the existing posts, get a sense of people and find answers to common questions. Then if you have specific things you want to ask about or share, post to the appropriate sub-forum for the topic.

I did. Back on Sept. 1, 2014. So I'm almost 14 months post-op and have been maintaining at goal for about 2 months.
