Mander1112 9 Posted November 23, 2015 I had my surgery November 19th and I seem to be bouncing back very quickly. The only thing I am struggling with is the liquid diet! I almost feel like there is no way I will get through these next 2 weeks until I can eat yogurt and cream Soups. Did anyone else struggle with? Need some encouragement please ""
NomoresidelineSLV 4 Posted November 23, 2015 Hey Nov 16th, and I am struggling with about 4 more days to go I know We can do this! I myself can only get in about 2-3 ounces before I'm full. I'm so tired of Soups, ready for something hot and mushy, ready to taste fruit again!! You're not the only one, you can do it... This time will pass quickly- I started to look up ideas for puréed foods. I'm so thankful my surgeon told me I can tuna during my p phase!!!

JupiterinVirgo 846 Posted November 28, 2015 Had mine on the 23rd. So glad it's done. Five days post op is not a fun zone either, but at least it's not looming anymore.
NomoresidelineSLV 4 Posted November 28, 2015 Exactly, I was so anxious. Now I'm 11 days post op and I truly understand why folks say it's a journey and WLS is not the easy way out.
