7/16 Surg date-Today is the day

Hello everyone,

Today is the day and I am both excited and a little nervous. The being put to sleep part is the part I am nervous about. The excitedness is from being able to start my new life today. I can not wait. Wish me luck and I will keep you up to date on my progress. Good luck to all you fellow banders that will be getting your surgery today. :whoo:

I was also banded on 7/16. It is only 2 days after surgery and am still a little tired. Let me know how things went with you.

Hey Lucky 7's I was finally banded yesterday 7/17!! The only pain I'm having is when I get up from a sitting position or from laying down. I'm wondering since I like to sleep on my stomach and side, how long will I be able to go back to my sleeping position. LAst night was a miserable one, I did manage to sleep on my side, but turning from one side to another was tough!!
