Chart view of progress has strange dates

So I'm a very visual kinda gal. I like to look at my progress, in the chart view. However, the dates in the chart view are about a month different (later) than the dates in the list view (the list is correct).

So for today, the label is 11/19/15, not 10/19/15.

Just sayin'.
