Calcium?

There's only chewable and candies I thought we weren't allowed to have those so we're would get regular chewable Calcium?

There are calcium chews by Bariatric Advantage that taste like candy, but aren't. They are sweetened with Splenda I think. They taste pretty good. I have a bag of the caramel 500's for post op. Much better than chewing a chalk tablet!

Thanks everyone not sure about the liquid but the caramel does it like melt in your mouth? I'm only 2 weeks out don't feel comfortable

You have to chew it forever, but it does kind of melt as you go. It's reminiscent of the chunks of caramel you melt for making caramel apples.
