What is on your Trader Joe's Shopping List?

Adding Low Acid French Roast.

I love the cold brew but I drink it hot 90% of the time. Tried the low acid with my french press and it is absolutely delicious.

This is what the container looks like

Don't buy it on Amazon, it is 6.99 or 7.99, I forget in the store.

I'm bumping the thread with hope of getting more ideas of things to add to my shopping list. :)

I love their crispbread. It's perfect to use for making open-face sandwiches, or as a snack when you are craving something with crunch.

Has anyone checked out their pumpkin flavored products yet this season? I loved their pumpkin products a wee too much in the past, and am wanting to choose healthier but tasty options.

I like their mini Cookies. Yeah, I'm evil lol.

I mainly go for the fruits and vegetables if it's a good Trader Joes. Depends on the neighborhood sometimes. The one in Garden City, NY is a good one and close to me. Others are not so good.

Was just there yesterday. Was very hard to resist some of the pumpkin choices for sure! The macarons were calling my name, but I put them down!

I've been playing with their organic pumpkin purée though!

Overnight oats with plain 0% fage Greek yogurt, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice and fairlife milk.

Pumpkin purée, a small bit of applesauce, ricotta cheese and pumpkin pie spice

I did splurge on some pumpkin "o's" Cereal and I actually didn't like t at all--too sweet and not enough pumpkin flavor. My chickens ate it.

TJ'S bruschetta was a staple during soft foods. They have single serving brie packages that I have to fight the kids for. Their fresh edemame is wonderful. I drink the kefir because it's significantly higher in Probiotics than yogurt. Their roasted seaweed is a delicious, low calorie, savory snack. And I adore their riced cauliflower. Their creamy Tomato Soup got me through liquids. I also buy my sublingual B12 there.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
