Hi, I might not be writting the name correctly. Anyways, I called my insurance this morning & I dnt have wait 6mths, just submit documented diets failed & meet the bmi requirements, my coordinator also confirmed with them. So I will just do 3mths nutritional visits per the office. Thanks everyone!
