Anyone have pre-surgery anxiety and depression?

Hi Everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone out there who had the sleeve has experiences they can share about anxiety and depression that existed before you had surgery and how it was positively/negatively impacted by surgery? I've struggled with depression my whole life. Had sever postpartum depression and anxiety. I've heard that many people have post-op struggles with depression, and I'm worried about my prior struggles putting me at risk for severe post-op depression/anxiety.

I've struggled most of my entire life with both depression and anxiety. I'm having problems with some depression issues now and panic attacks have begun due to the upcoming surgery. I started therapy and bought a really good book also. If you want to pm me we can chat
