lealor 127 Posted October 16, 2015 Hi I need advice on powdered Vitamin supplements that you can add to Water or liquids. I cannot take any more pills and am not getting my fluids and Proteins in. Calcium is huge pills I bought and then I got liquid calcium and it tastes like chalk, I gagged on it. I've been in emerg twice in 2 months since surgery with dehydration. I can eat now little bits of food so Im good with that but am really need Vitamins. Sometyhing I can add to fluids. Thanks `-) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
swimbikerun 1,046 Posted October 16, 2015 There is a product on the market you can try. Its called Cal EZ. I don't know whether or not it would fit your criteria, but it is something you can mix in.
