Tomorrow is my 1 week checkup !!, I hope that scale moves! What was the first exercise everyone started out doing!, its really hard to walk for 30 minutes straight! Tomorrow I want to test myself and try the mall

Just walking. In the beginning I couldn't walk more than 20 minutes but after a month I was able to walk for hours with no issue. I started the gym 4 months after surgery
