sarahbethemails 68 Posted October 15, 2015 Butter? Oil or I can't believe it's not butter spray just so it don't stick?
kjnrose 2 Posted October 15, 2015 (edited) I use olive oil in one of those cans that you pump and it sprays. I also use a little ghee sometimes. Edited October 16, 2015 by kjnrose
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted October 15, 2015 Butter or EVOO. I also sometimes cook them in the microwave and don't add any oil or butter.
Daisee68 2,493 Posted October 16, 2015 A very tiny amount of butter or Pam spray (butter flavor).
Madeleine Renee 77 Posted October 16, 2015 If you could use a small teflon coated pan, its the best. Just put the egg in it, continually swish it around, takes a couple of minutes. If you like it creamy, cook on low. No Water, no milk, nothing else.
leanora27801 315 Posted October 18, 2015 No stick pan and pam spray
VSGmary 418 Posted October 18, 2015 I use non stick fry pan.. No oil needed. I make scrambled egg with a little bit of milk, whisk it up and then fry it in a hot fry pan.
red37 116 Posted October 18, 2015 A little spray. However, I have gotten into eating egg white patties instead. I found these at Publix grocery store in the frozen organic food section! They are super easy!
