Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted October 14, 2015 I just had my six-month post-op follow-up appointment. I thought I was doing well, but it was great to get a professional opinion. Fortunately, I was right. I can't believe how quickly the last six months have flown by. I am more mobile, and I am looking like a melting snowman! I still have a long way to go, but since I was to a point where even losing 10 pounds was impossible pre-op, it is a miracle that I am losing so well now. How are the other April Sleevers doing? rp1980 116 Posted October 27, 2015 I just had my six-month appt and I'm down 100 lbs! I've gone from 325 to 225. My surgeon is very pleased, and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Goal is 175ish (I'm 5'8"). Good luck, fellow April sleevers!

It is so weird to actually look forward to doctor's appointments but I definitely looked forward to my six-month follow up.
