2nd week food options

Make popsicles from clear Protein drinks. They are nice to chew.

Strained Cream of Wheat or oatmeal

SF pudding w/light soy or almond milk

Not the most creative, but safe and should offer some variety.

Good luck! I was sleeved last Weds night and I am in this liquid only phase for another week too.

I'm in week 2 and in addition to what you're eating they also have me eating refried Beans, cottage cheese and pudding
