Sleeved 9/29/15 in Tijuana with Dr. Corvala

I am 38 and 5'3.5". My process has been super easy and I feel bad for the posts I read with people having issues. Highest weight I saw on the scale was 239 and after surgery I was 224. I'm down to 209. Feel like I hit the famous stall and that's the only negative I can find.

Mexico was super good and everyone was attentive. I don't have any regrets so far.

Not sure I'm eating totally right, but feel great so not stressing over it.

@@luckyscheisse that is awsome that you feel so good! Not stressing is probably one of the best things you can do in my experience (besides following my team's plan). Hope you continue to have an easy time of it as you transition through the stages.

Thank you @@butterfly23! The only thing I have noticed in the last two days is that I'm worried I won't lose enough or am nervous I'll gain it all back! Today I started checking and double checking what I'm eating. I realize now that weighing myself daily can be stressful. Still happy I feel great. Hope your plan is going as good.
