Kayzeekat 15 Posted October 13, 2015 I'm going to try that. It has been just a little over a year since my by pass and and starting to slip back into bad eating habits. I've lost 120 pounds and I feel like I'm at the point where I no longer have a goal to get to so what's the point. I just can't seem to get back on track. I feel like I will always have issues with food. I don't want the food to win. I am very comfortable with my current weight...I think that is part of it. Does anyone else feel like this......... leanora27801 315 Posted October 14, 2015 I am in the same mind set, and I realized that i had finally started to enjoy life and be healthy and nothing, including food was going to drive me back to the weight that I was before. When you see the scale going in the wrong direction, it will be the wake up call you need. So before you see that happen think about where you came from, how had you had to work, and how much more healthy and happy you are now. You also can make a weight lose bucket list and list all the things you couldn't do when you were heavier and make those things your new goal in life. Grace2115 27 Posted October 14, 2015 On Facebook, search for the group: Gastric Bypass Support & Encouragment. There is tons of information and support. Check out the Documents, and the BOT (back on track) diet. There's even a "pouch reset" plan. Sleevers join too.... You can do it, good luck!!
