Hello, I was banded on July 5, 2007.

:whoo:Everything has went real well. Not had any trouble. Still got lots of questions.

:help:Just found this site. I hope it is going to be lots of help. I Was banded in Columbia, SC at the Lexington Med Center, Dr. Strickland is my Dr. I weighed 324 and getting bigger had to do something. I feel like I have done the best thing by getting banded. :lol:

Well, Congratulations!!!

Yes you are lucky to have found this site. I don't know how anyone gets thru the process successfully without all the wonderful people and information here. Do yourself a big favor and visit often!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
