A lot depends on your program

For me there was:

An intro class

A nutritionist class

A surgeon workshop

A physiatrist appointment

Ongoing support group meetings if I choose to attend.

I had my initial consultation, then my 6 appointments with my PCP (required by my insurance, once a month!) The psych evaluation and 2 visits with my NUT. And like mentioned above, the support groups should I chose to attend.

I had my initial meeting with Surgeon nut and patient Coordinator then I have 6 classes with the nut then I need psych eval chest X-ray cardiologist clearance and letter of medical necessity from pcp
