Shainadelphia 69 Posted October 8, 2015 I'm trying to figure out a good one to track Protein and liquids - does anyone have one they recommend? Thanks!
jobillandjosh 53 Posted October 8, 2015 I use my fitness pal to track what I eat and usually drink, but I also have timer on my phone and a bariatric timer.

jobillandjosh 53 Posted October 9, 2015 It's called Bariatric Timer and I got it from the Google store. It lets me time the 30 minutes I need to wait after eating and then the 15 before eating. I also use it to time my meals, but really could use the plain timer too. I just like the bariatric one for the meal thing better. Thanks - what is a Bariatric timer? Dub 9,922 Posted October 9, 2015 MyFitnessPal is excellent. I need to explore what FitBit has to offer on their site. I've never update my macros with fitbit....just my activity.
CJ Porter 93 Posted October 9, 2015 I log everything on Fitbit. I like having my steps, activity, weight and food all logged in one place. I think the database is pretty inclusive. And I went with the premium membership that lets me print out what I've been eating and take it to my dietitian. CJ
New day ahead 40 Posted October 9, 2015 I use my fitness pal to log food and it is synced to my fit bit where I log everything else. So all my activity gets counted and is reflected in my calories, Protein etc. Love having them synced!
