angie_vsg 3 Posted October 8, 2015 I'm so excited because I got my VSG about 9 months ago and my life has completely changed and for the best, I never thought that I would finally learned to love myself, to respect my body and treated the way it deserves to be treated. I always had dreams, ideas but never had the confidence to do them just because I was fat and I was ashamed and terrified about others talking about my appearance (We've all been there I guess) and It took me a long time to see that all it matters is how you feel and just stop being afraid 'cause let's face it we miss so much when we have that attitude... Now I feel so proud of myself and this is the first time I say something like that and I'm proud of every single person that's going through this journey 'cause it's not easy but it's so worth it and remember that extraordinary people have the strength to keep walking through this path One of the things that I enjoy so much is just cooking but not only for me but others and my beautiful friends convinced me to start blogging so I upload videos with recipes on youtube if you would like the links just let me know and please tell me about your stories wish you all the best
