@cookies_queen I was told by my NUT and surgeon NP not to take any Gummy Vitamins. Hope that helps but be sure to ask.

I am almost 6 weeks post op and my surgeon told me at my 4 weeks post op that I was ok to have Gummy vitamins... The chewable vitamins got me nauseous
