Cigna wanted more info from me so I was denied first round. They will resubmit mine on the 2nd.

Thank you everyone! Just a quick update ... I was denied due to not completing weight management program. My surgeons PA had a peer to peer the same day with the Medical Director of Cigna. They were missing my September weigh in and diet and exercise documentation. After the Medical Director explained to the PA that I didn't quite do what they wanted, she would approve it once she receives the September information from my PCP. All I care about it that I'm approved for VSG on 11/12/15. Cigna will do anything to deny you ... never stop trying.
