Rose1up! 262 Posted February 3, 2016 @Rose1up! sounds like you are doing great. it's a process. you learn what works and what doesn't. the sodium will definitely affect you so definitely try lowering that. i got stuck for a few weeks but i'm a good range for me where i feel good about myself most all the time so im not that freaked out when i stall. but i've been stalled for about 2 weeks until today. some of that has been my fault, not eating enough and not getting my Water intake. i finally moved the scale this week but like i said i reached goal one so i'm not too freaked out about it going slow. that's ok. will help with loose skin if that should happen. be patient. keep doing what you're doing! @@pr_pitbullgrl - thanks for your encouragement and words. I actually sent Michelle an email about my stall and she said its normal. She said what I needed to hear also. Ive bee. Getting headaches. I think its from my lack of H20 the last 2 days. Im downloading a Water alert to help me. Also, I tried a bunch of old tops I have and fit them all. Its nice to see my progression. My body is just trying to catch up from what Ive lost. I also decided to stop weighing everyday. Lol. Hows it going with you??? Missed ya!

pr_pitbullgrl 1,039 Posted February 14, 2016 Weird things you notice. So down 52lbs. Bout 20 more to go I think. And some things I've noticed... I can cross my legs like a normal person I can wear heels all day I finally weigh less than my dad and my boyfriend In this photo my ass/hips don't take up the whole chair. I didn't have to suck in. I look like an almost normal sized person. Almost not fat at all! #thestruggleisreal I'm excited to keep losing. See what it's like to feel small. Regular. Normal. Niya0216 4 Posted February 26, 2016 this video is SUPER handy. Also I got some great tips - gonna get 4oz tupperwares for my meals and do layering of flavors like she did. I think my first "real food" day will be something like this: Breakfast - egg white scramble with salsa and sour cream and little cheese - MAYBE a few potatoes or 1/2 whole wheat toast. snack - shrimp with cocktail suace lunch - corn tortilla, shredded chicken, cheese, Beans, salsa, sour cream MAYBE avocado snack - cold cut roll up - turkey, 1/2 cheese stick, miracle whip and mustard dinner - shrimp, cauliflower rice, peppers, low sodium soy sauce, butter all these consist of four ounces. If i need more Protein i'll drink a shake. That is such a great idea. I definitely need to purchase those containers.
