sharing my fitness pal

Does anyone know the best way for me to email my food logs from my fitness pal to my nutritionist? She wants about a week…. I usually recopy things but that is such a pain so I was wondering if there is a better way. Thanks!

Create your report, selecting the days you want to send. Then, if you have a PDF program on your computer, use the option to print your reports to a pdf? For me, I can click print, print to PDF and it creates a file that you can then email to your doctor. That is what I did weekly.

I just sent my nutritionist my log in info so she can check it at will.....also kinda keeps me accountable since I don't know when she'll check it.
