alwtg 199 Posted October 6, 2015 I hope nobody minds me sharing, I'm still very early in my journey - my first appointment was two months and two days ago, my surgery was five days ago and since the start of this process as of today I am 50lbs down, 10lbs since surgery. I still have a long way to go but felt I wanted to share this small victory as I have found reading all of your posts inspiring and hope this may help another embarking on this brave journey. alwtg 199 Posted October 11, 2015 Thanks I've been pretty lucky compared to others who have had long waits, nausea, pain and other complications. I'm here for the long haul, tomorrow's adventure is the first meeting at a new gym with the intention of joining - only slightly daunting but I'll be brave Thanks I've been pretty lucky compared to others who have had long waits, nausea, pain and other complications.
