@@chell I feel wonderful much better than I felt last week. Minor soreness in one area very few limitations????go back to work Wed.(I have a desk job) then I have a 3day wk end

@@EW73 at first I got tired very easy but today I'm doing great!!! I'm going to start a little walking beginning next month.
