AvaFern 3,516 Posted October 5, 2015 So, not to be smart, but why don't you weigh yourself? If you weigh yourself everyday you will always know exactly where you need to be and you won't have to be stressed out over it.

I went to the first appointment and weighed in and all that jazz. After the first couple weeks it was driving me nuts not knowing where I was. I bought a big-boy scale and have enjoyed having it. I now look forward to getting on it every morning and hearing it talk to me. Knowing where you are can cut down on a lot of the stress.
_Kate_ 2,224 Posted October 5, 2015 You may find that being busy and stressed that you have lost. Like the others say, get weighed and find out. Then be super strict for the next two days. If you have put on and you explain, I am sure they will be sympathetic. Just work harder for the next weigh in. Good Luck
